This is a story which is very close to Oshine as they are
both about business women. It follows the life story of Kim Man Deok of Jeju
who sold 90% of her assets to save the lives of the Jeju people when a famine
struck them. Lee- Mi- Yeon acts as Man Deok while Ko Du Shim acts as Granny the
person who looks after Man Deok when she is young and also the person who
taught her about business. It is a very cute story but I warn you don’t get too
close to the two guys who come after Man Deok because you’ll be disappointed. Overall
it is a story of a strong headed woman who did what she thought was right and
that to she did it the right way.
