The Moon Embraces the Sun as Hiru Sandu Adarei on Rupavahini

YESSSSSS!!! YESSSSS!!! It is finally here. Rupavahini has decided to show The Moon Embraces the Sun as Hiru Sandu Adarei. It will be shown from the 26th May 2015 on wards at 6.30 pm . This KDrama is so famous in Korea and attracted 40%ratings when it was shown. It is one of those dramas I love and which I thought will never be shown in Sri Lanka. The story line is easy to understand and very cute ...here it is.

My reaction when Rupavahini chose this drama.....this is Prince Yung Myung

Lee Hwon is the Crown Prince and he is in love with Yeon - Woo. She is to be his Crown Princess until she suddenly died.  After this she couldn't even smile even after he becomes King.  He has a very cute bond  with his elder half brother Yung Myung. He is the First Sun.

Yung Myung is the elder half brother of Lee Hwon. He also falls in love with Yeon- Woo buut gives her up for his brother as he values their bond. He is treated badly by his father but he finds out this is because he wanted to protect Lee Hwon and him. He is very loyal to his brother and loving. He is the Sun who is overshadowed by the First Sun.

Yeon - Woo is a cute girl from a very Noble family. Her mother is the actress who acts as Han Palikawa for Jang Guem. Her younger character is acted by young Dong Yi . She is destined to be the Crown Princess of Korea. She is the First Moon and loves Prince Hwon very much. However she suddenly dies of a mysterious illness.

Prince Lee Hwon marries a daughter of a minister and she is the Second Moon. She loves Lee Hwon very much but he never loves her as he still loves Yeon - Woo.

So this is the basic story line. This KDrama is rated 8.3 in most sites and it is highly recommend. Watch it after Jung Yi finishes on the 25th. Today was a very sad day as Tae Do died in Jung Yi. So let us all be happy about this new drama. Watch it and increase its viewers and Rupavahini would continue to show KDramas. So watch this drama at 6.30 pm every weekday on Rupavahini after Jung Yi finishes.
