The Geneva conference about Sri Lankan Human Rights problem is really madness...since it is focusing on the last stages of war but what about what happened to us. What about the Sri Lankan priests who were killed brutally by the LTTE if they are not ready to forget what happened in the last stages of war then how can we forget what happened. Is all this crap going to give back the lives of the 1000's of youth who were killed? They are the ones who used the Tamil people's children as child soldiers and not us. The LTTE were the ones who shot down a plane with civilians in. For once after the 4 years of peace in Sri Lanka I just wish that the war was still going at least then we wouldn't have to face all these things that the West brings against us. What is it for ...is it because we won against one of the strongest terrorist organisations while others are still struggling to stop the Taliban's? Our soldiers obviously didn't piss on the dead bodies of the Afghans like the Americans did.
And why should we have this human rights thing so quickly straight after the war? Britain took some years when it came to the human rights problems they had with Ireland.. They are just doing this to get votes for their countries elections for everyone knows that the Tamil Diaspora exist mostly in countries like Canada..
I just hope that the truth about these false allegations would come out quickly like it happened in Indira Ghadi's case where she supported the LTTE and what do you know the next thing she knows is that the LTTE killed both her and her son Rajiv who tried the same thing his mother did.
