Sri Lankan style mango pickle.
INGREDIENTS:
4 raw mangoes
3 tablespoons of
sugar
Salt as required
2 drops of pure
virgin coconut vinegar (optional)
½ teaspoon of chilly
powder
½ teaspoon of chilly
pieces
Method:
1.
First peel the mangoes carefully and then cut
the mangoes in to little square pieces. Make sure they are cut into tiny
squares.
2.
Now put sugar, salt, vinegar, chilly and chilly
powder and mix together.
3.
Leave it to be a little while.
Enjoy but
beware, your tongue is at risk due to the fact that Sri Lankans love hot
food...This is a recipe which will make your tongue burnJ
